Terms and Conditions of Warranty Service

Power Up online store provides a warranty for all products from our catalog. For each purchased item, we issue a warranty card and strictly fulfill our warranty obligations.

The warranty period for workstations, graphic stations, servers, and gaming PCs is 2 years. The warranty is provided free of charge and in full, provided that the buyer presents the original warranty card.

Post-Warranty Service

After the warranty period expires, our specialists continue to maintain workstations purchased at Power Up. For post-warranty service questions, please contact our managers.

Warranty Repair Timeframes

We almost always have a backup fund, which guarantees the shortest possible repair time for your computer. The average repair time is 1-2 days + shipping time to our office.

So you won't hear any "standard service excuses" from us about repairs within 14 business days.

All warranty repairs are carried out EXCLUSIVELY at the Power Up online store office. You can deliver the goods to our office in any way convenient for you. Shipping to the nearest Nova Poshta branch is possible; all shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Acceptance Rules and Warranty Limitations

Product is accepted provided:
● availability of a warranty card with the store stamp and sale date;
● no damage to warranty seals and serial numbers;
● the product must be fully equipped (boxes and blisters from packaging).
Warranty is not provided in cases of:
● mechanical damage — chips, cracks, deep scratches;
● independent configuration changes without notifying the Company seller;
● product failure due to ingress of foreign objects, liquids, insects, animals;
● independent repairs or involvement of third-party service centers;
● changes to the design or configuration of the Product (soldering, unauthorized replacement of modules, etc.);
● damage due to improper transportation or connection to the mains;
● incorrect BIOS settings and all subsequent damage caused by such settings.

Product Exchange or Return

You can exchange or return any product purchased from us within 14 days from the date of purchase according to the "Law on Consumer Protection".

Return Conditions:
✓ The product has not been used and has no signs of use (scratches, chips, dust, etc.).
✓ The product is fully equipped, and the integrity of the packaging is not compromised.
✓ All tags and factory markings are preserved.

You will receive a full refund according to the invoice, without any commissions. The amount will be transferred to your account within 1-2 business days.
